Bingo-Sleep
The concept is simple: you each have a bingo card in front of you, and your mission is to meet other participants to find who matches the descriptions on the squares. When you find the right person, ask them to sign the corresponding square.
Careful ! Each person can only sign one box on your card, so talk to as many people as possible! The first person to complete their row, column, or entire card (different prizes available) and shout BINGO wins a prize. It's your turn to play!
Book signing session - Eat Better, Sleep Better
Keynote speaker Marie-Pierre St-Onge will hold a book signing for her new book, Eat Better, Sleep Better. Don't miss this opportunity to get a signed copy of this great book!
Please note that books will be available for purchase on site.
The War of the Clans
Take part in an interactive duel between participants based on a themed survey. Your challenge: guess the most common answers about the life of a researcher and the science of sleep.
Panel of experts - Myth or reality ?
Test your knowledge with an interactive Kahoot quiz based on your own questions and preconceived notions. A panel of three sleep experts will join us to debunk popular beliefs about sleep one by one in a scientific and friendly discussion.
Stay until the end, prizes will be awarded to the 3 winners!
Apéro-Sleep
To bring the 2026 Summer School to a close, join us for the awards ceremony, followed by a networking session. Light refreshments will be served.
