This webinar will be presented in French, with English visual support.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sleep Salon #1 Title :<\/strong> Transcriptomic profile associated with sleep modifications in the 3xTg Alzheimer\u2019s disease model<\/p>\n<p><strong>Speaker<\/strong> <strong>:<\/strong> Val\u00e9rie Mongrain, Full Professor in the Department of Neuroscience at the University of Montreal and researcher at the CHUM Research Centre<\/p>\n<p><strong>Where<\/strong> : Online<\/p>\n<p><strong>When :<\/strong> May 5, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sleep Salon #1 Description :\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">Patients with Alzheimer\u2019s disease and animal models of the disease exhibit numerous modifications in wake-sleep architecture, sleep patterns, and electroencephalographic (EEG) activity during sleep. Surprisingly, the 3xTg mouse model has not been thoroughly characterized in terms of sleep phenotypes. This presentation will provide a detailed overview of sleep modifications in this model (architecture, spectral and aperiodic activity), as well as the associated transcriptomic signature across multiple brain regions.
