The Quebec Sleep Research Network invites you to a public conference aimed at demystifying the link between sleep and well-being, presented by Dr Steven Laureys.

Dr. Steven Laureys is a renowned neuroscientist and neurologist, acclaimed for his ability to make neuroscience accessible to all. Dedicated to the in-depth study of the human mind for over 25 years, Dr. Laureys has rigorously explored the mysteries of consciousness, meditation, sleep, coma, near-death experiences, the use of psychedelics, hypnosis, and dream-like states, relying on cutting-edge technologies to probe the depths of the mind.
Dr. Laureys and his team studied the brains of exceptional individuals such as astronauts, elite athletes, Buddhist monks, including Matthieu Ricard, and entrepreneurs, accumulating over 450 scientific publications.
He is the author of several reference and popular science books, such as “Le sommeil, c’est bon pour le cerveau” and “La méditation, c’est bon pour le cerveau”, which have enriched both scientific and popular literature.
